There is a mystical world where cloth-like objects such as kites, flags, hot air balloons, hang-gliders come to life and live harmoniously with humans. However, evil weather gods have taken over the earth's weather system, creating deadly storms throughout the world, leaving death and destruction in their path. Three young kites called the Formosa Furies face tragedy and are chased by the evil weather gods who are trying to destroy them.
